I'm exploring gut healing and changing the way we eat, so I wanted somewhere to record the hits and misses along the way - the scrummy recipes versus the "hitting the bin" muffins I made the other night (although it tends to help if you check you pull coconut flour not dessicated coconut from the cupboard before blaming the recipe). Any must have/must avoid buys and so on.
I also wanted a more general place for random soap box rants, waffles and discussions about topical issues or anything I find vaguely interesting and want to share that aren't parenting related.
